When working as main contractors, we only cooperate with reliable subcontractors, whereas the quality assurance and project management are under our close and continuous supervision. Together with the contracting authority we will often control the objects in order to take the possible changes in the client’s wishes and the client’s quality requirements into consideration at the earliest stage possible. This is the only way to assure adherence to the budget and the client’s sufficient satisfaction with the performance of the works. We wish to offer the contracting authority clear and transparent stages of the work process and openness in mutual communication.
